Dimensions Leadership Group was founded by Alison Valli and Shirley Wulf. What started out as two colleagues passionate about helping others become their best has rapidly evolved into a leadership development firm that helps organizations achieve excellent results and helps people change their careers and lives for the better. We understand that your organization is unique — we work with you to understand your company’s culture, your business goals, and your leadership development needs and together we craft leadership development solutions for leaders at all levels that integrate within your existing framework. Meet our LEADERS

Alison and Shirley refined their skills as leaders and change agents in senior leadership positions with Fortune 500 companies. They developed award-winning teams and received numerous awards for bottom-line results as well as employee engagement. Because of their passion for developing people and teams, they made the transition to leadership and team development consulting in 2010. They work with corporate clients, both large and small, on communication and behavioral skills to positively impact employee development, engagement, retention, and organizational culture.

Founding Partner
Alison is a leadership development consultant, workshop facilitator, and registered corporate coach with over 25 years of P&L leadership experience, including developing and leading award-winning teams within Fortune 500 companies such as Macy’s.  Alison powerfully synthesizes and shares this expertise with clients not only to increase leadership capacity but also to build high-performing organizational teams.  She partners with clients to develop the communication and behavioral skills that fuel career and business success.  Her specialties include leadership and team development strategies that leverage both DiSC assessments as well as 360 degree feedback.  She’s also skilled in career acceleration and career transition coaching.

Alison earned her MBA from the University of Pittsburgh with concentrations in both Human Resource Management and Finance. She also holds a BA from Bucknell University in both Economics and Philosophy where she was elected to membership in Phi Beta Kappa. She is active in the community and serves in various volunteer roles advocating for individuals and families affected by dwarfism and neurodiversity.  Alison has witnessed and believes in the power of the human spirit to overcome obstacles and in the importance of helping ourselves and others achieve positive change in our lives, careers, and communities.

Shirley is an executive coach, leadership consultant, facilitator, and speaker dedicated to helping organizations and individuals grow. Drawing on 25 years of experience leading teams at Roche Pharmaceuticals, a global Fortune 500 Company, and over a decade of coaching, she brings practical insights and a collaborative approach to every engagement.  Her unique ability to help leaders build more inclusive cultures and stronger work relationships—while maintaining a sharp focus on targeted business objectives—consistently drives measurable improvements in individual, team, and organizational performance.  

Shirley is a seasoned business professional with a degree in business, a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Driven by a passion for continuous learning, she has earned numerous advanced certifications in leadership and team development, equipping her to deliver transformative results for individuals and organizations.  

Beyond her professional work, Shirley is deeply committed to giving back. She is actively involved in her community and philanthropy, serving in various leadership and board positions to help create positive change.
